I help retirees and experienced travelers explore Europe and beyond with comfort, confidence, and ease so that they can enjoy meaningful, well-paced journeys without the stress of managing the details. I do this by creating personalized luxury travel experiences tailored to their interests, travel style, and preferred pace.

Do you charge any fees for booking my travel?

Yes, I do charge fees for designing your vacation. I base my fees on the travel services that I provide. Those are determined by our complimentary Get Acquainted Call. See Services for more information.

Is your fee refundable?

Unfortunately, fees are nonrefundable because they are based on the work that I do for you.

What forms of payment will you accept?

Forms of payment accepted are Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard or personal check.

How many years have you been in the travel industry?

With over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, I began at a time when everyone sold every part of the world. And I tried to also. Of course, no one can know every part of the world, and it seemed unrealistic to think they should. But times have changed and so have I. Click here to read more about me.

Will you provide me with everything I need to know about my trip?

Yes! You’re going to get everything you need to feel safe and ready to go.

You will receive the following:

• Information on the destination(s) that you will visit as we enter the travel design stage.
• Passport, visa, health requirements for the countries you visit.
• A periodic series of “things to know before you go” emails leading up to your departure.
• All travel documents, with addresses, telephone numbers, and contact information.
• Access to me and my services and help before your travel, during your trip and after you return.

How do you decide what experiences to offer me for my travel plans?

Travel is deeply personal, which is why I begin by getting to know you before making any recommendations. I’ll ask about your past travel experiences, what you’ve enjoyed (and what you haven’t), your interests, preferred pace, comfort level, and the kind of experiences that matter most to you. By listening carefully and understanding your personal travel style, I’m able to design a journey that feels thoughtfully tailored to you rather than simply choosing from a standard itinerary.

What is the most important travel advice you offer your clients?

The most important advice I offer my clients is “buy travel insurance.” Many clients have saved themselves the disappointment of losing thousands of dollars due to unexpected events. This one purchase is so important that I offer it to every traveler, and require a signed waiver if they choose not to purchase it.

How do you collect payment information?  Is your system PCI compliant?

Credit Card Payments are accepted online only, through a system that is PCI compliant and encrypted. Credit card numbers are never accepted over the phone or via email for your safety.
