Step 1
We’ll get acquainted during a 20 minutes complimentary consultation call. Before we speak, though, I’ll send you a short survey to complete in advance, that will cover some of the essential details.
During our consult, I’ll dig deeper to learn more about your travel goals and your travel style. I’ll also explain how we will work together. If you feel we are a good match, I’ll email my Travel Services Agreement and Invoice. Once completed, then the fun begins.
Some clients need assistance choosing a destination, and some already know precisely where they want to go. If you need help, we will have another call to narrow down the destination, and then move into the design stage. If you know your goal, I’ll begin right away, with extensive research and working my travel magic utilizing my specialized travel partners.
Whichever point we begin, you will receive an extensively researched proposal for your consideration. Your trip is always about you, and we will collaborate to make sure the final plan is what you desire. Then I will book everything for you, so you won’t have to lift a finger.

Step 2
It’s time to pack your bags and travel your way. You’ll l be armed with detailed itineraries, in both paper and digital form, along with the necessary travel documents and tips I’ve provided. During your vacation, I’ll be just a text message, phone call, or email away. The travel partners I have worked with will also be available to you, and better yet, usually in the same time zone as you.
When you return, I’ll be back in touch to hear your valuable comments and to make sure your vacation exceeded your expectations.

Jan makes things easy and worry free. I don't particularly like arranging the details of a trip. I can count on Jan to think of all that needs to be done; she attends to all details. I always get a nicely organized packet that is a step by step guideline for each day of the trip. She even gives me extra copies for my family at home to follow along.
