With more than 31 years in the industry, I’ve had the opportunity to visit 33 of the most captivating countries around the world. Many I’ve been to repeatedly. While Europe holds my heart, River Cruising is where my passion truly comes to life. To date I’ve been on River Cruises throughout Europe, Egypt, Asia and even right here in the US, plus several Ocean Cruises. I can’t wait for my next opportunity to sail another river. My favorite of all of the River Cruises would have to be the Christmas Markets Cruise. There is something so magical about those cruises. The gingerbread, spiced wines and roasted chestnuts not to mention the lights, decorations and of course the shopping.
Recently on a trip to Italy, I discovered my newest love. Italy is a destination that should be on everyone’s travel list. I can’t wait to share with you, my local guides and my insider tip for the best wood fired pizza in Rome!

Jan makes things easy and worry free. I don't particularly like arranging the details of a trip. I can count on Jan to think of all that needs to be done; she attends to all details. I always get a nicely organized packet that is a step by step guideline for each day of the trip. She even gives me extra copies for my family at home to follow along.
